Vegan “Bone” Broth

Bone Broth is everywhere these days- and understandably so. It’s affordable, packed with flavor and comforting for our digestive system. Here is a vegan option that doesn’t fall short of the original one.
Serves 10 People
By using SHO Dark Stock, you enhance the clean flavor and depth of this dish, allowing the natural tastes of the broth to shine through without any artificial additives
Ingredients:

- SHO Dark stock
- 100g
- Water
- 1,9kg
- Garlic
- 20g
- Tomato
- 100g
- Bell Peppers
- 50g
- Carrots
- 150g
- Celery
- 100g
- Cilantro
- 20g
- Black Pepper
- Olive oil
Make the broth:
1) Roast the carrots, garlic and celery in a pot with no oil until fully black and charred, add the water and Dark stock, fresh tomato and bell pepper, bring to a boil, and simmer for 30 minutes.
2) Strain and serve.
Optional: Add chopped cilantro, olive oil and black pepper to taste.
