Tomato Sauce

- Canned Tomato (Mutti)
- 800g
- Carrot
- 40g
- White onion
- 30g
- Thyme
- 0.5g
- Bay leaf
- 0.5g
- SHO Light Stock
- 40g
- Water
- 310g
- Raw Garlic
- 0.5g
- Salt
- 4g
- Sugar
- 6g
- Black Pepper
- 0.5g
- Olive Oil
- 30g
- Flour
- 35g
Directions:
1) Dice the carrots and onions. Place bay lead and thyme in a cheese cloth
2) In a pan with olive oil, sauté the carrots and onions until soften.
3) Add the flour and cook until lightly brown.
4) Add the spices, whole canned tomatoes, garlic, bay leaf and thyme, SHO Light Stock and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
5) Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
